Looking Back (Volume 1)

Looking Back (Volume 1)

A dedication to the old school, mainly the time after WBMX, but before rave techno. 1987-1991 is in full swing with 31 tracks on this solid mix.

Remembering The Rave (Part 1)

Remembering The Rave (Part 1)

First in what could end up being 2-3 parts. This is the sound of 1992-1993, when I started spinning. The time when you went into downtown areas and found these massive events, and they seemed more creative and innovative than what I've seen now.

Enjoy the memories...even if you were not even born yet at the time.

In Memoriam: The Summer Of Love

In Memoriam: The Summer Of Love

This mix is actually a live recording I did at a three-day weekend rave called The Caveman Experience.  It took place in southern Illinois, and I honestly had no clue what I was going to play when I got there.  Most of the DJs were playing techno and jungle that weekend, so I decided to go back in time and play the classics.

When I listened to the recording later in the week, it reminded me of old mixes I'd hear from the days of the Second Summer of Love in the UK.  Hence the title.

Love Letters: Volume 2

Love Letters: Volume 2

More jams not used in Volume 1. A continuous mix this time (since I had CD burners at that point). Also the songs were played longer per a request from some New York fans.

Push-button Fun

Push-button Fun

An energetic mix of tech house and other underground elements that won't bore the average listener...made by pushing some buttons, turning some knobs, and tapping my foot to the four on the floor.
